I'm a day late on this but my excuse is that Jen and I spent the day exploring Disney Springs! But over the weekend Luis & Co. had the unique opportunity to provide a photo booth at an awesome event held at Forty Two Ten. Galentines Day was a Valentines Day themed tea party for women with lots of love and a ton of laughs. What stood out to me was how nearly everyone who attended was a wedding vendor! Anyways, I saw that the event was happening near us and I decided to do what I do best, send out some emails. Sandy, the owner of Forty Two Ten, forwarded my info to Cassandra of Ever After Vintage Weddings. A quick look through her website and you'll see a collection of wonderful rustic decor perfect for any event. These ladies are clear experts of their craft. Sidenote: Jen was smitten with their hip furniture!
And oh man, our backdrop. Can we talk about the backdrop? We originally created this ombre butterfly backdrop for Lakeland's First Friday event but unfortunately there was some miscommunication and we never used it. But after contacting Cassandra, I jumped at the opportunity to use this backdrop. We're crazy in love with how the photos turned out!
orty Two Ten is a pleasant little venue tucked away in Tampa. You'll see from the photos that its perfectly split into an outdoor section and an indoor section. After we setup the backdrop and our gear, I told Jen how awesome and versatile this place was. You could use this venue for a wedding reception or even a small album release party!
Treats ranged from jelly filled macaroons to heart shaped cookies, all provided by Tastes of Tampa Bay. Vintage furniture and decor was of course provided by the Ever After Vintage Wedding team. There were a ton of other vendors so I've linked some of them on the side, I'm sure I'm missing a few! My favorite part was seeing Luis & Co. on the list of event sponsors seen at the door of the venue! But anyways Jen and I pretty much had an awesome time at Galentines Day and Forty Two Ten is our new favorite venue in Tampa!
I hope everyone had a happy Valentines Day!
